Fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, legal records, property records, financial records, clergy records, instruments of consecration, episcopal acts, statistics, parish profiles, manuscripts, notes, newsletters, printed material, clippings, architectural records, plans, photographs, drawings and cartographic records.
Includes records of diocesan administration including constitution and canons, Synod journals, procedures manuals, general correspondence files, parish files, cut files, financial records, legal records, personnel records, correspondence with diocesan officers and deaconesses, and clergy documents and registers; records of the Bishops and diocesan officers, including the Legal Assessor, Registrar and Treasurer; records of program officers, including the Christian Educator Coordinator, Communications Officer and Youth Ministry Coordinator; and records of Diocesan Council and various boards, committees and task forces.
Photographs were collected and copied from original photographs, or photographs were taken of published photographs in newspapers and magazines during the course of researching "Pacific Pilgrims". Photographs are arranged in collection according to page order appearance in book but also includes some unpublished photographs. Microfilm is of documents (1879) from Lambeth Palace Library in England concerning the appointment of Bishop Sillitoe to the new Diocese of New Westminster.
Includes printed material and photographs concerning parishes and churches in the Yukon, northern British Columbia as well as Inuvik and Fort McPherson in the Northwest Territories.
