Fonds consists of Baptism register (1902-1920); service register (1914-1920); student records of Indian girls (1910-1922, photocopy); handwritten letters, notes and lists of registered pupils; and printed material. Includes also printed copies of "All Hallows in the West", a school triennial publication (1899, 1907, 1908, 1919). The Student register of Indian girls includes also names of students admitted at Spuzzum and at St. George's Indian Residential School, Lytton.

Fonds consists of records accumulated by Dr. George Egerton in the course of his tenure as Chair of the Commission of Levels of Ministry (CLOM) and his participation as a member of the Ministry and Congregational Development Committee (1989-1993).

The material relating to the Commission on levels of Ministry (CLOM) includes handwritten notes, resource information, rough and typewritten draft reports and proposals, minutes and agenda of the Commission's meetings, and typewritten correspondence with the Archbishop, members of church committees and officers of the Anglican Church of Canada.

The fonds also comprises parishes' property assessment records, agenda and reports of the Chair's consultations with Archdeaconries, Deaneries, and clerical and lay leadership of the diocese. It also includes photocopies of locations of parishes' maps, statistics and graphics based on census data, parish profile charts as well as the Commission's final report. The presence of the Anglican Church within the University of British Columbia campus is represented by memoranda and correspondence with the Anglican Faculty Staff.

Material related to the Ministry and Congregational Development Committee consists of Minutes of the 83rd Session of the Synod of the Diocese of New Westminster, drafts of Terms of Reference, minutes of the Committee's meetings and reports relating to boundaries of parishes, deaneries and Archdeaconries. It also includes reports referring to the Task Group on Multiculturalism, proposals on building expansions and improvements, and a srudy project on ministry in a multicultural society.

The separate group of records from the diocesan Business Administrator, Barry Foord, (Boxes D 849a, b, & c) consists of material accumulated by him from 1987-1989, as a member of the Commission on Levels of Ministry. In his capacity as Business Administrator he provided assistance in administrative and financial matters to CLOM.
